Dual-Cylinder Ironworkers
The Sunrise Dual Cylinder Ironworkers range in capacities from 66 to 185 tons, and feature two high-speed cylinders with two-position foot pedals, allowing two operators to work simultaneously. Standard features include a structural die-block, five independent stations, 2″ punch capacity, integrated structural steel shear station, and a 3-year warranty!
The robust dual-cylinder ironworker is the workhorse of the Sunrise line-up, and offers the lowest cost of ownership among leading ironworker brands.
S/SD Capacities:
- Plate Shearing: 14″ x 9/16″ – 30″ x 3/4″
- Angle Shearing: 5″ x 5″ x 1/2″ – 8″ x 8″ x 3/4″
- Punch Tonnage: 66 Tons – 185 Tons
Applications include:
- Shearing, punching, notching, and bending metal plates, bars, and sections to create finished products or sub-assemblies
- Preparing structural elements, reinforcing bars, and other metal components used for construction of buildings, bridges, and infrastructure projects
- Cutting intricate designs, punching decorative holes, and shaping metal profiles to bring artistic visions to life
