Warcom press brakes ensure that each bend is created with a continuous angle regardless of the specifications of the material being bent. The upper beam movement is measured by two precision linear encoders (+/- 0.0004”) installed on independent “C frames” that do not undergo any deformation during the bending phase because they are fixed directly to the lower frame. This makes the bending process completely unaffected by deflection and deformations that may occur to the lateral machine frame.

The sliding movement of DINAMICA ’s upper beam is accomplished with hardened and ground guides with roller bearings in order to reduce the dynamic friction and ensure smooth movement. Thanks to this sliding system, DINAMICA can reach the highest approach and return speeds, guaranteeing superior performance.

DINAMICA is characterized by an elegant design with attention to every detail. This synchronized press brake is the top of Warcom’s product range, featuring the highest levels of performance, precision and productivity.

DINAMICA is equipped with the popular DELEM 66-T CNC Control featuring a 17” touch screen interface with 2D/3D programming capability. Automatic bend sequencing and anti-collision warnings are a few of the many standard capabilities.

DINAMICA also features increased open height between the bed and upper beam, increased Y axis stroke, a CAN/BUS digital system, heat exchanger and soundproof hydraulic pump, all as standard equipment.

DINAMICA is designed for the most demanding customers who need a fast, efficient, accurate and reliable press brake.

DINAMICA is equipped as standard with DCS PLUS, a state of the art Dynamic Crowning System. One of the most versatile and functional crowning systems available on the market, DCS PLUS operates automatically. The system determines, in real time, even minor deformation of the machine frame through two sensors (one on the upper beam and the other on the machine bed). Other pressure sensors located on the upper cylinders detect the thickness and the material strength according to the width being formed. The system instantaneously activates the pushing cylinders that are located beneath the lower beam driven by an independent hydraulic circuit.
The shape of the lower frame is specially designed to allow the bed’s central plate to be completely disengaged from the main machine frame, ensuring truly independent and elastic movement. These actual data points are automatically processed by the CNC to recalculate the bending force and the punch penetration compared with theoretical calculations that the CNC would have used without these special sensing devices. The DCS PLUS system ensures the bending angle remains constant along the entire bending length, without the need for intervention or manual correction by the operator. This system completely optimizes and improves the result of the bending process.
