The SUNRISE ANC combines an ironworker or single-end punch with a 20’ single-axis fully-automatic CNC in-feed system for punching flat bar, angle and channel webs in a linear line.

The main frame of the SUNRISE ANC is a heavily proportioned machined structural steel tube that provides unmatched rigidity and quality, yet offers simple set-up, adjustment and maintenance. The servo-driven rack and pinion guide system features Mitsubishi servo motors and linear guides for multiple-shift performance. The highly precise components provide +- 0.004” accuracy, high repeatability and high efficiency due in part to very low friction, vibration and noise while running under heavy loads at full operating speeds of up to 490”/minute.

The 7” touch-screen controller is podium mounted for easy placement according to job needs and features pre-set and custom patterns making programming a simple task.

12″ x 20′ up to 12″ x 40′
Paired with a SUNRISE Punching Machine or Ironworker.

X-Axis Positioning Speed: 490″ per Minute
Punches Per Minute: Up to 41 (3/4″ Stroke)
X-Axis Accuracy: +/- 0.004″

The SUNRISE ANC features a hydraulic punch stripper as well as pneumatic material clamping for fully-automatic production.
A specially designed in-feed roller table is inluded for full support of the material as well as specially made strippers and punching accessories for processing a wide variety of material.

Furthermore, the SUNRISE ANC is expandable to a full 40’ of in-feed based on the material.
